SJB Fitness Studios is a local fitness facility based in Low Prudhoe industrial Estate, Northumberland.
We have a wide variety of classes and fitness equipment available including resistance machines, free weights, conditioning and cardio equipment.
We’re here to help you achieve your fitness goals, enable you to gain confidence and improve your overall health.
