Get your workouts done first thing in the morning and have the rest of the day to do what you need to! 

Did you know that we’re open early doors on Monday, Wednesday & Fridays? 

We also run 30 minute classes at 7am on those days too!

So if you’re an early bird, get yourself down to SJB Fitness Studios and start your day strong! 

Looks like we have a full day ahead of us with our 9am and 6pm classes booming
